机械通风冷却塔收水消雾技术

摘要: 冷却塔水平衡分析表明,蒸发损失占冷却塔耗水量60%~80%,回收难度较大。为实现冷却塔节能环保运行,
通过对冷却塔消雾技术和冷凝节水技术的研究,提出了冷却塔收水消雾技术。收水消雾型冷却塔不同工况下的性能研究
表明,收水消雾型冷却塔年平均收水率可达1.040 5 kg/s,具有很好的经济效益和环保效益。冷却塔收水消雾技术可为冷
却塔的升级改造和收水消雾型冷却塔设计提供理论依据。

Water Conservation and Plume Abatement Technology of Mechanical Draft Cooling Towers

Abstract: The water balance analysis of the cooling towers show that the evaporation loss accounts for 60%-80% of the cooling
tower water consumption. In order to realize the energy-saving and environmental protection operation of the cooling towers, through
the research of cooling tower for plume abatement technology and condensation water-saving technology, this paper proposed the
water conservation and plume abatement technology in cooling towers. The performance study under different working conditions of
water conservation and plume abatement cooling tower shows that the annual average water collection rate can reach 1.040 5 kg/s,
which has good economic and environmental benefits. Water conservation and plume abatement technology of cooling towers can
provide theoretical basis for the upgrade of cooling tower and the design of cooling tower of water conservation and plume abatement.
