煤矿井下机电设备状态监测技术分析

摘要： 为了保证煤矿井下机电设备安全稳定运行，企业应做好设备状态的监测工作，从而及时根据核心零部件故障
微弱信号识别设备故障问题，制订可行的维修策略，延长设备的使用时间。分析了煤矿井下机电设备状态监测技术，并
指出了其具体应用模式，以期为煤矿井下机电设备的状态监测工作提供更多依据。

Analysis on Condition Monitoring Technology of Underground Electromechanical Equipment in
Coal Mines

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines, enterprises
should monitor the status of equipment so as to identify equipment failures based on weak signals of core component failures in a
timely manner, formulate feasible maintenance strategies, and extend equipment use time. This paper analyzed the condition
monitoring technology of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines, and pointed out the specific application mode
of it, in order to provide more reference for the condition monitoring of underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines.
