皮带输送机跑偏故障及其防治分析

摘要： 皮带输送机作为井下煤炭运输的主要设备，是实现矿井生产高效、持续进行的必要保障。结合具体工程实际，
对皮带输送机多种跑偏故障的原因展开分析，并结合自身经验提出针对性防治手段，希望能为皮带输送机跑偏故障的有
效处理提供借鉴与参考。

Analysis of Deviation Fault of Belt Conveyors and Its Prevention

Abstract: As the main equipment for underground coal transportation, the belt conveyor is a necessary guarantee to realize the
high efficiency and continuous operation of mine production. Combining with the actual project, this paper analyzed the causes of
various deviation fault of belt conveyors and put forward targeted prevention measures based on own experience, hoping to provide
reference for the effective treatment of belt conveyor deviation fault.
