刘家窑矿14号煤层回采巷道支护设计

摘要: 回采巷道支护设计合理与否关系到采煤工作面的安全、正常生产。分析了刘家窑煤矿14 号煤层和顶底板的岩
性及变化情况、地质构造现状,在现场调研的基础上,确定了刘家窑矿回采巷道顶板为煤层和岩层构成的复合顶板,巷
道支护采用“预应力锚杆+W 钢带+锚索补强”的锚杆锚索联合支护方式。通过理论计算得出了巷道两帮和顶板的松动
破坏范围,在此基础上通过理论计算确定了锚杆和锚索的长度、直径、间排距等支护参数。工程实践表明,刘家窑矿东
二盘区8310 工作面回采巷道使用过程中巷道顶帮变形小,支护形式和支护参数合理,满足工作面安全生产的要求。

Support Design of Mining Roadway of No.14 Coal Seam in Liujiayao Coal Mine

Abstract: Whether the support design of mining roadway is reasonable or not is related to the safe and normal production of coal
mining face. This paper analyzed the lithologic and change situation and the geological structure status of No.14 coal seam, roof
and floor in Liujiayao Coal Mine. On the basis of site investigation, it was identified that the roadway roof of the Liujiayao Coal
Mine was compound roof composed of coal seams and rock layers, and the roadway support was in the form of the "prestress
anchor + W steel belt + anchor cable reinforcement" way of bolt anchor cable support. The looseness and failure range of the two
sides and the roof of the roadway were obtained through theoretical calculation. On this basis, the supporting parameters such as
length, diameter and spacing of bolt and cable were determined by theoretical calculation. The engineering practice showed that
during the use of the mining roadway in the 8310 working face of the East Second Panel of Liujiayao Coal Mine, the deformation
of the roof and sides was small, the supporting form and supporting parameters were reasonable, which met the requirement of
safety production of the working face.
