大采高综采面小煤柱留设及巷道支护设计方案研究

摘要: 针对大采高综采面围岩控制困难,顶板变形量大,工作面帮内移动量大,给矿井综采效率和综采安全带来严
重不利影响的情况,对大采高综采面小煤柱留设及巷道支护设计方案进行了研究。实际分析表明,当大采高综采面小煤
柱留设宽度为6 m时围岩承载能力最强,变形量最小。通过对巷道支护方案的优化,能将巷道支护效率提升11.4%,将
巷道围岩变形量降低60%以上,综采效率提升了6.4%,显著提升了井下巷道的稳定性和支护效率。

Study on Design Scheme of Small Coal Pillar Setting and Roadway Support in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face with Large Mining Height

Abstract: In view of the difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock, the large deformation of the roof and the large amount of
side movement within the working face in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height, which have serious adverse effects
on the efficiency and safety of the fully mechanized mining, this paper studied the design scheme of small coal pillar setting and
roadway support in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height. The actual analysis showed that the surrounding rock
bearing capacity was the strongest and the deformation was the smallest when the width of the small coal pillars in the fully
mechanized mining face with large mining height was 6 m. By optimizing the roadway support scheme, the roadway support efficiency
can be increased by 11.4%, the roadway surrounding rock deformation can be reduced by more than 60%, and the comprehensive
mining efficiency can be increase by 6.4%, which significantly improved the stability and support efficiency of the
underground roadway.
