摘要: 通过蓄热式热氧化(RTO)技术在煤制气低温甲醇洗尾气治理项目中的实际应用,证明采用RTO 技术处理低
温甲醇洗尾气可稳定可靠地达到GB 31571—2015 《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》的排放要求,且NOx排放值极低,说
明RTO 技术能够有效控制高温氧化过程中NOx的生成;RTO 技术可实现极高的热回收效率,从而通过余热回收利用副
产蒸汽,实现项目的正收益。

Abstract: Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) technology has been applied in low temperature methanol washing tail gas treatment,
which has proved that RTO can treat the tail gas reliably and stably and meet the requirement of GB 31571—2015 Emission
Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemical Industry. In the system, RTO can control NOx generation in a high-temperature
process and NOx emission is low. RTO can achieve high heat recovery efficiency, and achieve positive benefits through the waste
heat recovery and utilization of by-product steam.
