“以热定电”背景下热电联产机组优化分配热负荷的研究

摘要： 目前，受企业经济效益的影响，热电联产企业未能完全实施“以热定电”的运行原则。为了确保“以热定电”
的顺利实施，建立多台机组“以热定电”的经济效益模型，用以评价企业的效益，并以2 台机组为例，展示优化分配热负
荷的方法，通过优化分配热负荷，达到提高企业效益的目的，进而为“以热定电”运行的顺利实施提供充分的条件。

"Determining Power by Heat"

Abstract: Due to the influence of economic benefit factors, cogeneration enterprises have not fully implemented the operation
principle of "determining power by heat". In order to ensure the smooth implementation of "determining power by heat", this paper
established the economic benefit model of "determining power by heat" of several units to evaluate the benefits of enterprises,
and took two units as an example to show the method of optimizing the distribution of heat load to achieve the purpose of improving
the benefits of enterprises through optimizing the distribution of heat load. Thus, sufficient conditions can be provided for
the smooth implementation of the operation of "determining electricity by heat".
