LED照明在输油气管道站场的应用效果与经济效益分析

摘要: 在一输油站场内更换4 盏LED 防爆灯,取代原防爆高压气体钠灯进行试验,验证其照明效果、节电效果、安
全性和可靠性等是否达到站场要求。结果表明,从现场照明效果、节电效果、安全性和维护量等方面对比,防爆LED 灯
照明性能均优于防爆金属钠灯。经济效益分析表明:更换LED 节能灯投资回收期为运行4.54 a左右,节约的电能和日常
维护费用即可收回投资成本,节能效益显著;如果新建站场时直接采用LED 防爆灯,则节能效果更明显。绿色照明技术
在输油气管道站场具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract: By replacing 4 explosion-proof LED lights in a oil transmission station yard to replace the original explosion-proof
high-pressure gas sodium lamp for testing, it was verified that whether the lighting effect, power saving effect, safety and reliability
meet the requirements of the station yard. The results show that the lighting performance of the explosion-proof LED lamp is
better than that of the explosion-proof metal sodium lamp from the comparison of the on-site lighting effect, power saving effect,
safety and maintenance amount. Economic benefit analysis shows that the investment payback period for replacing LED energysaving
lamps is about 4.54 a of operation, the electric energy and daily maintenance costs saved can recover the investment cost,
and the energy-saving benefits are significant; if the LED explosion-proof lamps are directly used in the new station, the energysaving
effect will be even greater obvious. The green lighting technology has good prospects for promotion and application in oil
and gas pipeline station yard.
