掘进工作面瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要: 针对高瓦斯煤巷掘进过程中,瓦斯超限制约掘进速度的难题,以090509 皮带巷为工程背景,对掘进巷道过程
中瓦斯涌出量进行预测,采取了在掘进过程中采用“双挂耳”式钻场,在钻场内向掘进迎头方向施工钻孔对工作面进行
边掘边抽的方式。实践表明,这种方式有效提高了瓦斯抽采效率,增加了煤层瓦斯预抽量,降低了巷道内瓦斯涌出量,
可实现巷道边掘边抽的高效掘进。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the gas overrunning limits the excavation speed in the process of high gas coal roadway
excavation, with the 090509 belt roadway as the engineering background, this paper predicted the gas emission amount during the
roadway excavation process. "Double Ear" type drilling field was applied, in which the drilling was carried out in the drilling field
in the head-on direction of excavation to carry out excavation while driving in the working face. Practice has shown that this method
effectively improves the efficiency of gas drainage, increases the amount of coal seam gas pre-drainage, reduces the amount
of gas emission in the roadway, and can realize the efficient excavation of the roadway while driving.
