煤矿安全管理中存在的问题及其防治措施

摘要： 安全管理工作一直以来都是煤矿企业日常运营发展中非常重要的部分，但是，由于目前安全管理的基础过于
薄弱、安全管理水平普遍较低，其中存在的问题较多。基于此，针对煤矿安全管理中存在的问题展开详细论述，结合实
际要求，提出有针对性的防控对策，以保证煤矿安全管理高质量实施，为实现煤矿企业经济效益的最大化奠定了坚实的
基础。

Problems in Coal Mine Safety Management and Their Prevention Measures

Abstract: Safety management has always been a very important part of the daily operation and development of coal mine enterprises.
However, due to the weak foundation of safety management and the generally low level of safety management, there are
many problems. Based on this, this paper carried out a detailed discussion of the problems existing in coal mine safety management,
and proposed targeted prevention countermeasures combined with the actual requirements to ensure the high-quality implementation
of coal mine safety management, laying a solid solid foundation for maximizing the economic benefits of coal mine
enterprises.
