摘要: 在分离工厂中,专用设备是最小的分离单元,隔膜阀是专用设备的1 个阻断装置。简要分析了隔膜阀出现的
各种异常状态下对单台专用设备和分离系统的影响,得出的结论是隔膜阀的状态直接影响专用设备的分离功率和流体运
行,结构简单的专用设备隔膜阀对专用设备和分离系统的正常运行至关重要。

Influence Analysis of Diaphragm Valve Anomalies of Special Equipment

Abstract: In the separation plant, special equipment is the smallest separating element, and the diaphragm valve is a block installation
for special equipment. This paper analyzed the influence of diaphragm valve anomalies on special equipment and
separation system. It is concluded that the state of the diaphragm valve directly influences the separative power and fluid operation
of special equipment, and diaphragm valve with simple structure is extremely important to the operation of special equipment
and separation system.
