回采巷道支护研究

摘要: 基于对回采巷道顶板破坏的分析,研究了亿隆煤业21206 工作面回采巷道的支护方案及支护效果。亿隆煤业
21206 工作面回采期间,顶板变形量较大,通过拱- 梁耦合方式进行支护,浅部锚杆和深部锚杆相辅相成,两者共同作
用,减少了顶板受到的拉伸破坏和离层破坏,起到良好的支护效果。工程应用显示,最大顶板离层量为9.4 mm,最大两
帮位移量为131 mm,支护方案起到良好的控制作用,保证了工作面的顺利回采。

Study on Support of Stoping Roadway

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the roof damage of the mining roadway, this paper studied the support plan and support effect
of the mining roadway in 21206 working face of Yilong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. During the stoping of 21206 working face of Yilong
Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the roof deformation was large. The support was carried out by the arch-beam coupling mode, and the
shallow bolt and deep bolt complemented each other, which reduced the tensile failure and separation failure of the roof together,
and played a good supporting effect. Engineering application showed that the maximum separation amount of the roof was 9.4 mm,
and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 131 mm. The support scheme played a good control role and ensures the
smooth stoping of the working face.
