脱硝还原剂尿素法改造常见问题及优化探讨

摘要: 近几年,脱硝还原剂尿素法改造常见于火电厂,这是为了消除液氨这一危险源。但在改造设计中,有些具体
问题容易被设计人员忽视。以L公司为例,尿素制氨系统运行2 a多来,暴露出了卸料管振动大、溶解罐溢流管出气泡、
疏水箱振动大、疏水母管无法隔离、气相阀门腐蚀内漏、水解器排污时间定值不合理等一系列问题。经过L公司技术人
员的努力,现已对部分问题进行了优化,经过运行,检验效果良好。

Discussion on Common Problems and Optimization of Reformation of Denitration Reductant
with Urea

Abstract: In recent years, reformation of denitration reductant with urea is commonly found in coal-fired power plants. The aim
is to eliminate liquid ammonia as a dangerous source. But in the redesign, some specific problems are easy to be ignored by
designers. Take L Company for example, the system of ammonia production by urea hydrolysis has been running for more than 2
a, and it has been exposed that the discharge tubes vibrates greatly, the overflow tubes of the dissolving tank bubbles up, the
drain tank vibrates greatly, the pipe-main drain tubes cannot be isolated, the gas phase valves corrosion lead to internal leakage,
and the fixed value of the hydrolyzer drain time is unreasonable, and so on. Through the efforts of the L Company's technical
personnel, some problems have been optimized, and through the actual operation test, the effect is good.
