摘要: 提升机作为矿井生产有效开展的重要保障,其运行效率对矿井综合效益有着直接影响。以此为着手点,针对
井下提升机双PLC 调速系统设计开展探究,结合具体工程实际,在分析双PLC 调速系统控制原理的基础上,对系统硬件
设计、抗干扰设计和软件设计做出阐述,希望能够为其他矿井相似系统的构建提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: The hoist is an important guarantee for the effective development of mine production, and its operating efficiency has a
direct impact on the comprehensive benefits of the mine. Taking this as a starting point, the design of the dual PLC speed regulation
system of the underground hoist was discussed. Combined with the actual project, on the basis of analyzing the control principle
of the dual PLC speed regulation system, this paper elaborated the hardware design, anti-interference design and software
design of the system, hoping to provide reference for the construction of similar systems in other mines.
