液压驱动履带式掘进巷道支护装置的研发

摘要： 详细介绍了液压驱动履带式掘进巷道支护装置的设计组成结构、技术参数、布置方式及其技术先进性，分析
了支护装置的动作原理，并对其井下运输及安装进行了探讨。该装置减少了传统掘进巷道支护装置反复升降对顶板的破
坏，满足了掘进巷道临时支护和快速移架要求，提高了掘进效率，方便掘进从无支护向永久支护的衔接过渡。

Research and Development of Hydraulically Driven Crawler Type Tunneling Support Device

Abstract: This paper introduced the design composition, technical parameter, layout and technological advancement of hydraulically
driven crawler tunneling support device in detail, analyzed the operation principle of the device, and discussed its transportation
and installation. The device reduced the damage to the roof caused by the repeated lifting of the traditional tunneling support
device, satisfied the requirement of the temporary support and rapid frame transfer, improved the efficiency of tunneling and
facilitated the transition from the unsupported to permanent support.
