工作面电牵引采煤机控制系统优化分析

摘要: 煤矿井下回采作业自动化程度对整个矿井生产综合效益的获得有着不可替代的积极意义。而电牵引采煤机作
为矿井回采不可或缺的关键设备,加强对其的自动化探究十分必要。以此为着手点,针对工作面电牵引采煤机控制系统
优化开展探究,在分析现有电牵引采煤机使用不足的基础上,针对采煤机控制系统优化方案开展设计探究,在此基础上
对所设计系统开展试验论证分析,并对其应用效果做出分析,希望能为其他矿井自动化水平的提升提供帮助。

Optimization Analysis of Control System of Electric Traction Shearer in Working Face

Abstract: The degree of automation of underground mining operations in coal mines has irreplaceable positive significance for
the acquisition of comprehensive benefits of the entire mine production. As the electric traction shearer is indispensable key
equipment for mining, it is necessary to strengthen its automation research. Taking this as a starting point, research on the
optimization of the control system of the electric traction shearer in the working face was carried out. Based on the analysis of the
insufficient use of the existing electric traction shearer, this paper carried out the design of the optimization scheme of the shearer
control system. Based on this, it conducted test demonstration analysis on the designed system and analyzes its application effect,
hoping to provide help for the improvement of the automation level of other mines.
