摘要: 掘进机液压系统作为掘进机作业运行的操控系统,其运行质量对掘进作业效率有着直接影响,事关矿井生产
作业的综合效益。以此为着手点,针对掘进机液压系统优化改良开展分析探究。在分析掘进机液压系统控制原理及现阶
段问题的基础上,对其问题原因和改进方式做出分析,并针对优化改良后的效果开展针对性比对分析试验。结果表明,
改进后的掘进机液压系统运行质量显著提升,实现了作业效率的优化,对矿井生产有着积极的推动作用。

Analysis on Optimization and Improvement of Hydraulic System of Roadheader

Abstract: The hydraulic system of the roadheader is used as the control system for the operation of the roadheader. Its operation
quality has a direct impact on the efficiency of the tunneling operation, and it is related to the comprehensive benefits of the mine
production operation. Taking this as a starting point, the optimization and improvement of the hydraulic system of the roadheader
was analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis of the control principle and the current problems of the hydraulic system of the
roadheader, this paper analyzed the cause of the problem and the improvement methods, and carried out the targeted comparative
analysis test on the optimized and improved effect. The results show that the improved operating quality of the hydraulic system of
the roadheader has been significantly improved, the operation efficiency has been optimized, and the mine production has been
actively promoted.
