厚煤层无煤柱自成巷110工法技术的应用实践

摘要: 以山西阳城小西煤矿1305 工作面为例,对厚煤层无煤柱自成巷110 工法技术的实践应用进行研究。通过对无
煤柱自成巷110 工法方案的分析,确定留巷段巷内、巷旁支护参数。经过实际应用,发现该技术应用效果理想。该技术
的应用减少了掘进工程量,节约了煤炭资源,提高了资源利用率,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。

Application Practice of 110 Construction Method Technology of Self-contained Roadway without
Coal Pillars in Thick Coal Seam

Abstract: Taking the 1305 working face of Xiaoxi Coal Mine in Yangcheng, Shanxi as an example, the practical application of
110 construction method technology of self-contained roadway without coal pillars in thick coal seam was studied. Through the
analysis of the 110 construction method scheme of the self-contained roadway without coal pillars, this paper determined the
support parameters of the roadway in and next to the remaining roadway section. After practical application, it is found that the
application effect of this technology was ideal. The application of this technology reduced the amount of excavation engineering,
saved coal resources, improved resource utilization, and created better economic benefits for enterprises.
