综采工作面上隅角瓦斯综合治理技术应用分析

摘要: 晋能控股集团成庄煤矿4315 工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯异常,严重威胁着工作面安全高效回采。分析了4315
工作面上隅角瓦斯异常的原因,并根据实际情况提出了“采空区埋管抽采+布置高位裂隙钻孔+安装风水引射器”等综
合治理措施。通过实际应用效果来看,采取上隅角瓦斯综合治理技术后上隅角瓦斯体积分数控制在0.7%以下,回风流中
瓦斯体积分数控制在0.5%以下,取得了显著应用成效。

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Gas Control Technology in Upper Corners of Fully
Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: The abnormal gas in the upper corners of 4315 working face in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Group
during the stoping period seriously threatened the safe and efficient mining of the working face. This paper analyzed the reason for
the abnormal gas in the upper corners of 4315 working face, and put forward the comprehensive gas control measures of "buried
pipe drainage in the goaf + arrangement of high-level fissure drilling + installation of air and water ejector" according to the
actual situation. According to the actual application effect, the upper corner gas volume fraction was controlled below 0.7%, and
the gas volume fraction in the return air flow is controlled below 0.5% by using the comprehensive gas control technology in upper
corners, which has achieved remarkable application results.
