刮板输送机刮板链运行状态监测系统的应用研究

摘要： 针对目前刮板输送机刮板链在运行时存在的易疲劳断裂、脱链，给煤炭运输安全带来严重影响的情况，提出
了一种新的刮板输送机刮板链运行状态监测系统。其以无线传输系统为核心，对刮板链实时动态监测。实际应用表明该
系统能实现对刮板链运行情况的周期性监测，既确保了监测的连续性和准确性，又有效降低了监测系统的功率消耗。

Application Research on Monitoring System of Scraper Chain Operation Status of
Scraper Conveyor

Abstract: Aiming at the situation that the scraper chains of scraper conveyors are easy to fatigue and break during operation,
which will seriously affect the safety of coal transportation, this paper proposed a new type of monitoring system of the scraper
chain operation status of the scraper conveyor. It takes the wireless transmission system as the core to dynamically monitor the
scraper chain in real time. Practical application shows that the system can realize periodic monitoring of the operation of the scraper
chain, which not only ensures the continuity and accuracy of monitoring, but also effectively reduces the power consumption of
the monitoring system.
