松软煤层综放面在复杂地质条件的回采技术与实践

摘要: 8303 综放工作面煤层松软,地质条件复杂,赋存辉绿岩墙和上覆煤柱,通过预清掏辉绿岩墙和提前采用深孔
爆破的方法避免了工作面放松动炮损坏支架;针对煤柱影响,采用加长、加密支超前支护单体支柱对巷道进行补强支护
以及打设卸压孔的方式安全顺利通过上覆压力集中段,避免了漏顶事故的发生。对8303 综放工作面过辉绿岩墙技术方
案及过上覆煤柱技术方案进行了探讨。

Mining Technology and Practice of Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Soft Coal Seam under
Complicated Geological Conditions

Abstract: The coal seam of the 8303 fully mechanized caving face is soft and the geological conditions are complex, in which
diabase walls and overlying coal pillars are present. The diabase wall was pre-cleared and the deep-hole blasting method was
used in advance to avoid the damage of the support by the loosening blasting in the working face. In view of the influence of coal
pillars, reinforcement support of roadway by lengthened, densely supported and advanced support single pillars roadways and the
setting of pressure relief holes was used to pass the overlying pressure concentration section safely and smoothly, avoiding roof
leakage accidents. This paper discussed the technical scheme of passing the diabase wall and passing the overlying coal pillar of
8303 fully mechanized caving face.
