大型活动碳中和解析

摘要： “绿色低碳”如今是大型活动举办的主流理念，大型活动的碳中和是以低碳环保的理念实施，并逐渐被各种
大型活动所采纳推广，日渐成为举办大型活动的一项标准。结合中华人民共和国生态环境部于2019 年6 月14 日正式发
布的《大型活动碳中和实施指南（试行）》文件，对大型活动如何实施碳中和及存在的难点要点进行了深入分析，为国内
大型活动实现碳中和目标，推进生态文明建设，加大创新力度应对气候变化提供借鉴。

Analysis on Carbon Neutrality of Large-scale Events

Abstract: "Green and low-carbon" is now the mainstream concept for holding large-scale events. The carbon neutrality of largescale
events is carried out with the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection, has been gradually adopted and promoted
by various largescale events, and has become a standard for holding large-scale events. In conjunction with Carbon Neutrality
Implementation Guidelines for Large -scale Events (Trial) officially released by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the
People鸳s Republic of China on June 14, 2019, this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the implement of carbon neutrality for
large-scale events and the existing difficulties to provide reference for achieving the goal of carbon neutrality in domestic major
events, promoting the construction of ecological civilization and increasing innovation to responding to climate change.
