国产沸石转轮+RTO焚烧装置在环卫装备涂装废气上的应用

摘要： 简要介绍了环卫装备涂装废气的特点和排放特性，对比分析了3 种低浓度有机废气治理技术的原理和优缺点。
国产沸石转轮+RTO （蓄热式焚烧炉） 焚烧工艺在投资费用、运行费用、安全性、稳定达标等方面有其优越性。详细阐
述了沸石转轮+RTO 焚烧技术的工艺流程和原理，结合实际的治理效果和设备运行情况，表明运用这种环保系统可解决
环卫装备涂装废气排放超标问题，具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。

Application of Domestic Zeolite Runner + RTO Incinerator in Coating Waste Gas of
Environmental Sanitation Equipment

Abstract: This paper introduced the characteristics and emission features of the coating waste gas of environmental sanitation
equipment, compared and analyzed the principles, advantages and disadvantages of three low-concentration organic waste gas
treatment technologies. The domestic zeolite runner with RTO incineration process has its superiorities in investment cost, operation
cost, safety, stable standards and other aspects. The technical process and principle of the zeolite runner with RTO incineration
technology were elaborated in details. Combined with the actual treatment effect and the equipment operation conditions, it
shows that the application of this environmental protection system could solve the problem of excessive emission of coating waste
gas from the sanitation equipment, which is of good application effect and popularization value.
