危险废物综合利用途径探讨

摘要： 危险废物的资源化利用既可以发挥物质的最大价值，又可以减少废物排放量，减轻环境污染。结合最新危险
废物管理要求和处理处置技术，对危险废物综合利用途径进行了研究，发现目前危险废物的资源利用手段主要有通用型
利用、“点对点”利用、等离子体处理后回收利用、水泥回转窑等工业窑炉协同处置协同处理利用、新技术开发利用等。

Discussion on Comprehensive Utilization Ways of Hazardous Waste

Abstract: The resource utilization of hazardous waste can not only bring into play the maximum value of material, but also
reduce the discharge of waste and environmental pollution. Combined with the latest requirements of hazardous waste management
and treatment and disposal technology, this paper studied the comprehensive utilization ways of hazardous waste. It is found that
there are several means of hazardous waste resource utilization at present, such as universal utilization, "point-to-point" utilization,
recycling after plasma treatment, cooperative treatment and utilization by industrial kilns such as cement rotary kiln, new
technology development and utilization.
