摘要: 针对循环流化床锅炉燃用准东煤带来的受热面结渣和沾污问题,从降低入炉煤碱金属着手,采用准东五彩湾
煤掺烧不同比例的煤矸石、低钠煤、沙漠黄沙,探究不同掺烧物料及比例对锅炉受热面结渣和沾污的影响。研究结果表
明:掺烧25%煤矸石时,炉内受热面沾污、结渣严重,且存在频发的爆管现象;掺烧38%艾维尔沟低钠煤时,各级受热
面均比较干净,没有明显的结渣沾污现象,但锅炉运行成本显著增加;掺烧5%古尔班通特沙漠黄沙时,仅在一级蒸发
管高温烟区出现了类似于沙子的大焦块,其余受热面均比较光滑、干净,没有结渣和沾污现象。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of slagging and fouling on the heating surface caused by burning Zhundong coal in circulating
fluidized bed boilers, starting from reducing the alkali metal of the coal into the furnace, the Zhundong Wucaiwan coal was mixed
with different proportions of coal gangue, low-sodium coal, and desert sand to investigate the influence of different blending materials
and proportion on the slagging and fouling on heating surface of boilers was investigated. The results showed that the heating
surface in the furnace was fouling and slagging seriously. when 25% gangue was blended, meanwhile, the tube explosion was
happened frequently; when 38% of Aiweigou low sodium coal was blended, the heating surfaces at all levels were relatively clean
without obvious slagging and fouling phenomenon, however, the operating cost of the boiler increased significantly; when 5% Gulbandunte
desert sand was mixed, only large slag blocks similar to sand appeared in the high temperature flue area of the primary
evaporator tube, and the other heating surfaces were relatively smooth and clean without slagging and fouling.
