摘要: 以660 MW 超超临界两排汽机组凝汽器水室为研究对象,基于JB 4732—1995 《钢制压力容器———分析设计标
准》,采用弹性应力分析及有限元应力线性化的方法将总应力进行分解,并进行了强度判定。经过水压试验及现场运行的
检验可知,强度满足设计要求。

Abstract: Taking the condenser water chamber of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical two-exhaust steam unit as the research object,
based on JB 4732—1995 Steel Pressure Vessels—Design by Analysis, this paper applied elastic stress analysis and finite element
stress linearization to decompose the total stress, and determined the strength. After the inspection of hydraulic test and field
operation, it is known that the strength met the design requirements.
