山西省农村居民采用清洁能源取暖的支付意愿研究

摘要： 以山西省农村居民为研究对象，通过设计调查问卷，采用二元Logistic 回归模型对山西省农村居民采用清洁能
源取暖的支付意愿进行研究。结果表明：77.2%的受访者愿意为清洁能源取暖支付一定的费用，愿意额外负担的意愿支
付金额为1 000 元/a；影响山西省农村居民清洁能源取暖支付意愿的因素有家庭月收入、取暖方式是否污染严重、是否宣
传、所持态度、是否愿意学习设备操作和政府政策，其中取暖方式是否污染严重、是否宣传、所持态度、是否愿意学习
设备操作和政府政策与支付意愿呈正相关。因此，政府和能源企业加大对清洁能源取暖的宣传力度，多方面提供设备操
作学习途径对农村清洁能源取暖工作的进行具有重要的推动作用。

Study on Rural Residents' Willingness to Pay for Heating with Clean Energy in Shanxi Province

Abstract: Taking rural residents of Shanxi Province as the research object, through the design of questionnaire, this paper used
binary Logistic regression model to study the rural residents' willingness to pay for the heating with clean energy in Shanxi
Province. The results showed that 77.2% of the respondents were willing to pay certain fees for heating with clean energy, and the
willingness to pay extra was 1 000 yuan/a. The factors influencing the willingness to pay for heating with clean energy in rural
areas of Shanxi Province include household monthly income, whether the heating method is seriously polluted, whether the
propaganda is carried out, the attitude held, whether they are willing to learn equipment operation and government policies, in
which the willingness to pay is positively related to whether the pollution is serious, whether the propaganda is carried out, the
attitude held, whether they are willing to learn equipment operation and government policies. Therefore, strengthening the
propaganda of heating with clean energy and providing equipment operation and learning ways in many aspects by the government
and energy enterprises have an important role in promoting the work of rural heating with clean energy.
