微生物絮凝剂对矿井水悬浮物的絮凝效果研究

摘要: 通过条件实验研究了不同絮凝条件下微生物絮凝剂对矿井水悬浮物的絮凝效果。结果表明:温度条件对微生
物絮凝剂的絮凝效果影响不大,且具有絮凝能力的活性物质绝大部分为细菌胞外分泌物;当复合菌种M01投加量为5 mL,
助凝剂CaCl2的投加量为20 mg/L,pH值为10 时浊度去除率为95.59%,絮凝效果最佳。

Abstract: This paper studied the flocculation effect of microbial flocculant on suspended solids in mine water with different
flocculation conditions by conditional test. The results showed that the temperature conditions had little effect on the flocculation
effect of microbial flocculant, and most of the active substances with flocculation ability were bacterial extracellular secretions;
when the compounding amount of M01 was 6 mL, the dosage of coagulant CaCl2 was 20 mg/L, the turbidity removal rate was 95.59%
when pH was 10, and the flocculation effect was best.
