鑫峪沟矿90101工作面出水原因分析及治理

摘要: 工作面底板突水严重影响煤矿的生产安全。以鑫峪沟矿90101 工作面为工程背景,针对试采阶段发生底板突
水,水源是奥灰水的问题,结合地质情况对出水原因进行分析,并进行突水通道判别,判定导水通道是裂隙通道与奥灰
含水层沟通。采用黏土水泥浆,利用高压动水条件下的注浆堵水工艺进行堵水治理,制订注浆堵水方案设计。实践表
明,治理效果良好,工作面涌突水量减小至80 m3/h,堵水减水率达87%,达到了设计预期目标。

Abstract: The floor water inrush of working face seriously affects the safety production of coal mines. Taking 90101 working face
of Xinyugou Coal Mine as the engineering background, aiming at the problem of water inrush from the floor during the trial mining
stage, the water source of which Ordovician water, this paper analyzed the causes of water inrush combined with the geological
conditions, judged the water inrush channel, and determined that the water diversion channel was a fractured channel to communicate
with Ordovician limestone aquifer. By using clay cement slurry, the grouting water plugging process under high-pressure
dynamic water conditions was used in the water plugging treatment, and formulated the grouting water plugging scheme design.
The practice showed that the treatment effect was good, the water inflow of working face was reduced to 80 m3/h, the water plugging
rate was reduced to 87%, and the expected design goal was achieved.
