半煤岩巷道快速掘进技术分析

摘要： 西合煤矿5306 综采工作面回风巷为半煤岩巷道，根据生产规划巷道掘进时间应控制在9 个月内。巷道采用炮
掘耗时约13.6 个月，无法满足生产需要；采用综掘耗时约6 个月，但存在综掘设备磨耗严重、掘进成本高等问题。为此，
提出了采用“综掘+炮掘”半机械化掘进技术。综掘机掘煤、炮掘掘岩，掘进耗时约7.9 个月，可满足矿井生产需要。

Technical Analysis of Rapid Excavation of Half Coal Crag Tunnel

Abstract: The air return roadway at 5306 fully mechanized mining face of Xihe Coal Mine was a half coal crag tunnel. According
to the production plan, the roadway excavation time should be controlled within 9 months. It takes about 13.6 months to excavate
the roadway by blasting, which could not meet the production needs. It takes about 6 months by using fully mechanized excavation,
but there are problems such as serious wear of the fully mechanized excavation equipment and high excavation cost. For this
reason, this paper proposed the semi-mechanized tunneling technology of "fully mechanized excavation + blasting excavation". The
excavation takes about 7.9 months by coal excavation with fully mechanized excavator and rock excavation with blasting, which
can meet the needs of mine production.
