软弱顶板巷道支护技术研究及应用

摘要: 针对山西煤炭进出口集团左权宏远煤业有限公司巷道顶板软弱的地质条件,以及巷道支护不合理,造成顶板
难以控制,影响采掘速度和安全生产的状况,进行了巷道围岩地质力学测试与锚杆成套支护技术及高预应力一次支护原
理的研究,为该矿顶板支护技术提供了理论依据,形成一整套适合该矿地质条件的支护技术,大幅提高了支护效果,节
约了支护材料,加快了采掘速度,加强了顶板安全。

Research and Application of Roadway Support Technology with Weak Roof

Abstract: This paper studied the geomechanical tests of the roadway surrounding rock, bolt set support technology and high
prestressed primary support principle aiming at the weak geological conditions as well as the unreasonable roadway support of the
roadway roof of Hongyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Zuoquan, Shanxi Coal Imp. & Exp. Group, which made the roof difficult to be
control, affecting the mining speed and safe production. The research provided a theoretical basis for the roof support technology
of the mine and formed a set of support technology suitable for the geological conditions of the mine, which greatly improved the
support effect, saved the supporting materials, accelerated the mining speed, and strengthened the roof safety.
