两段式塑料换热器的设计计算与可行性分析

摘要: 针对传统氟塑料换热器进行改进设计。在锅炉烟气余热回收中,将氟塑料换热器的一部分替换为改性聚乙烯
塑料进行换热,从而降低热回收成本。以130 t/h 锅炉为例,对两段式塑料换热器进行设计计算,确定了换热器前段使用
氟塑料管2 600 根,后段使用聚乙烯塑料管2 400 根;利用Fluent软件对聚乙烯塑料管运行时的状态进行模拟计算,得出
塑料管外壁面所能达到的最高温度为66.65 ℃,满足改性聚乙烯塑料管的安全使用温度要求。

Design Calculation and Feasibility Analysis of Two-stage Plastic Heat Exchanger

Abstract: The improved design for traditional fluoroplastic heat exchanger was carried out. In the boiler flue gas waste heat
recovery, part of the fluoroplastic heat exchanger was replaced with modified polyethylene plastic to reduce heat recovery costs.
Taking a 130 t/h boiler as an example, this paper carried out the design calculation of this two-stage plastic heat exchanger. It
was determined that the first half of the heat exchanger used 2 600 fluoroplastic tubes, and the latter half used 2 400 polyethylene
plastic tubes; and it was obtained that the maximum temperature that the outer wall of the plastic pipe can reach was 66.65 益by
using Fluent software to simulate the state of the polyethylene plastic pipe during operation, which met the safe use temperature
requirements of the modified polyethylene plastic pipe.
