摘要: 通过对无油螺杆式空压机的压缩和冷却过程进行分析计算,得出空压机可供回收的热量,结合热用户的用热
参数,设计出余热回收系统。在空压机正常运行的前提下,回收热量可达到空压机输入电功率的60%,具有良好的经济
效益和环境效益。

Design of Waste Heat Recovery System for Oil-free Screw Air Compressor

Abstract: Through the analysis and calculation of the compression and cooling process of the oil-free screw air compressor, this
paper obtained the heat that can be recovered by the air compressor. Combined with the user's heat parameters, the waste heat
recovery system was designed. Under the premise of normal operation of the air compressor, the heat recovery can reach 60% of
the input power of the air compressor, which was of good economic and environmental benefits.
