宁省能源消费与碳排放的现状和辽宁省碳交易市场的发展现状，为辽宁省碳交易市场建设提出了相应的建议。

Study on Development Status and Countermeasures of Carbon Trading Market in
Liaoning Province

Abstract: Liaoning Province is an old industrial base, the carbon emissions in which are located in the forefront of China. This
paper discussed the development status of carbon trading markets at home and abroad, the status of energy consumption and
carbon emissions in Liaoning Province and the development status of carbon trading market in Liaoning Province, and put forward
some corresponding countermeasures on the construction of the carbon trading market in Liaoning Province.
