基于PLC技术的VOCs设备的环保管控

摘要： 针对中小型企业环保排放管控难的问题，采用西门子SMART PLC SR20 为控制核心，通过物联网模块数据上
传，实现VOCs 设备和环保治理设备的联锁控制和运行监测，有效解决秋冬季涉气企业的减排措施执行问题，达到企业
排污环节的全过程管控。对基于PLC 技术的VOCs设备的环保管控进行了探讨。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficult problem of environmental protection emission control for small and medium-sized enterprises,
Siemens SMART PLC SR20 was used as the control core, and the data was uploaded by the Internet of Things module, in order to
realize the interlocking control and operation monitoring of VOCs equipment and environmental protection equipment, effectively
solve the problems in implementing emission reduction measures in gas-related enterprises in autumn and winter, and achieve the
full process control of the enterprise's pollution discharge link. This paper discussed the environmental protection management
and control of VOCs equipment based on PLC technology.
