矿井通风系统的优化研究

摘要: 以回坡底煤矿40112 工作面为研究背景,针对通风量不足导致工作面停产的现状,进行了通风系统的优化研究。
优化通风方案下,用风段通风阻力较小,回风段通风阻力较大,但是风量都满足通风需求,工作面实际风量1 705 m3/min,
远大于理论计算值1 537 m3/min,确保了工作面的通风需求。新通风系统有效保证了工作面的顺利回采,减少了因工作面
停产造成的经济损失,因此该通风方案可行。

Abstract: Taking the 40112 working face of Huipodi Coal Mine as the research background, this paper carried out the study on
the optimization of the ventilation system in view of the current situation that the insufficient ventilation caused the working face to
stop production. With the optimized ventilation scheme, the ventilation resistance of the air-using section is small, and the ventilation
resistance of the return air section is relatively large, the air volume of which meets the ventilation demand. The actual air
volume of the working face is 1 705 m3/min, which is much larger than the theoretical calculation value of 1 537 m3/min, which
ensured the ventilation requirements of the working face. The new ventilation system effectively ensures the smooth mining of the
working face and reduces the economic loss caused by the shutdown of the working face, so the ventilation scheme is feasible.
