摘要: 针对回坡底煤矿通风困难时期通风量不足造成掘进作业点有毒有害气体浓度高的现状,提出了循环通风方案,通
过增设抽风机的方案,实现了循环通风。实际应用效果显示,掘进作业点瓦斯体积分数降低明显,且能耗降低,循环通风
方案下,矿井每天节约电量1 361 kW·h,经济效益良好。

Study on Circulating Ventilation in Coal Mining

Abstract: In view of the current situation of the high concentration of toxic and harmful gases in the tunneling operation point
caused by insufficient ventilation during the difficult period of ventilation in Huipodi Coal Mine, this paper proposed a circulating
ventilation scheme. By adding an exhaust fan, circulating ventilation was realized. The actual application effect showed that the
gas volume fraction of tunneling operation point was significantly reduced, and the energy consumption was reduced. By applying
the circulating ventilation scheme, the mine saves 1 361 kW·h of electricity per day, and the economic benefits are good.
