摘要: 中国的能源资源特点是富煤贫油少气,其经济发展阶段决定了煤炭仍是中国的主要能源。洗选加工在煤炭深
加工领域是相当重要的一个步骤,能够有效提高煤炭的利用率和价值。同忻选煤厂进行优化改造,逐渐朝着实现生产高
自动化和智能化前进,在降低基础建设成本的前提下,节省更多的开支及土地进行洗选工艺的优化升级,提高洗选的工
作效率,增强选煤厂在煤炭市场的竞争力。为了提高煤炭经济效益,增强市场应对能力,同忻选煤厂增加重介质浅槽车
间对块煤系统分别进行技术改造,以提升洗选工艺的灵活性,提高产品质量,增强企业竞争力和综合盈利能力。

Abstract: Energy resources of China are characterized by rich coal, poor oil and less gas. The stage of economic development
determines that coal is still the main energy source of China. Washing process is a very important step in the field of coal deep
processing, which can effectively improve the utilization and value of coal. The optimization and transformation of Tongxin Coal
Preparation Plant is gradually moving towards achieving high automation and intelligence in production. Under the premise of
reducing infrastructure costs, it saves more expenses and land to optimize and upgrade the washing process, improves the efficiency
of washing, and enhances the competitiveness of the coal preparation plant in the coal market. In order to improve the
economic efficiency of coal and enhance the ability to respond to the market, Tongxin Coal Preparation Plant added a dense
medium shallow trough workshop to carry out technical transformations on the lump coal system to enhance the flexibility of the
washing process, improve product quality and enhance corporate competitiveness and comprehensiveness profitability.
