固体氧化物燃料电池系统的模拟及优化

摘要: 以第三代燃料电池———固体氧化物燃料电池为研究对象,基于德国西门子新型固体氧化物燃料电池技术,选
用内外燃料重整相互结合的设计方式,对第三代固体氧化物燃料电池系统进行研究。将系统输入火用效率、能量利用率、
燃料利用率及燃料电池的进出口温度作为评价指标,对设计工况为5 kW 电效率的系统做出深入分析与进一步优化。与
最初5 kW 工况对比,系统净效率增加26%,火用效率增加23%,输出功率增加2.5 kW,整体能量利用率提高约25%。

Abstract: Taking the third-generation fuel cell-solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) as the research object, this paper made research on the
third-generation SOFC system based on new SOFC technology developed by German Siemens by choosing the design method that
combined internal and external fuel reforming, and made in-depth analysis and further optimization of the system when the design
working condition is 5 kW electrical efficiency by using system input exergy efficiency, energy utilization rate, fuel utilization rate,
and fuel cell inlet and outlet temperature as evaluation indicators. Compared with the original 5 kW working condition, the net
efficiency of the system has increased by 26%, the exergy efficiency has increased by 23%, the output power has increased by 2.5 kW,
and the overall energy utilization rate has increased by about 25%.
