综放面沿空留巷围岩支护技术探究

摘要: 煤炭作为不可再生资源,在回采作业中尽可能实现煤炭资源的最大化回采,是确保矿井生产综合效益最大化
的关键所在。而沿空留巷技术作为一种能够有效提升煤炭回采率的巷道布设方式,加强对其应用的探究意义重大。以此
为着手点,针对综放面沿空留巷围岩支护技术开展探究,结合具体工程实际,对切顶留巷技术从超前支护、切顶卸压、
滞后支护等多个角度开展综合性分析,并对其实际应用效果做出探究。结果表明,所设计的沿空留巷围岩支护技术应用
效果良好,对矿井生产效益的增加效果显著。

Research on Supporting Technology of Surrounding Rock along Gob-side Entry Retaining at
Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract: Coal is a non-renewable resource, and it is necessary to realize the maximum recovery of coal resources as much as
possible in mining operations, which is the key to maximize the comprehensive benefits of mine production. The technology of
gob-side entry retaining is a roadway layout method that can effectively improve the coal recovery rate, so it is of great significance
to strengthen the exploration of its application. Taking this as a starting point, this paper carried out research on supporting
technology of surrounding rock along gob-side entry retaining at fully mechanized caving face, and comprehensive analysis of
cutting roof and retaining roadway technology from multiple angles such as advanced support, roof cutting and pressure relief, and
lagging support. The results show that the designed supporting technology for gob-side entry retaining has a good application
effect and has a significant effect on the increase of mine production efficiency.
