摘要: 针对深埋藏高应力松散煤层巷道矿压显现剧烈,传统锚杆支护难以控制巷道两帮变形的难题,为改善深埋藏
巷道支护现状,提高围岩承载能力,运用FLAC3D 力学软件对高应力巷道围岩屈服破坏特征进行了研究。模拟表明,提
高巷道两帮的支护强度,有利于提高浅部围岩的承载能力。在此基础上,对辛置矿2-106 工作面开展了帮部全锚索支护
试验。现场实践表明:锚索与金属网和钢筋网配套使用,能充分发挥锚索锚固深度大、承载力强的特点,可以使巷道变
形得到有效的控制;采用帮部全锚索支护后,巷道变形量降低了70%以上。

Research on Full Anchor Cable Support Technology of Roadway in Deep Buried Loose

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of severe mine pressure behavior in deep buried loose coal seam roadway with high stress, and
the traditional bolt support is difficult to control the deformation of both sides of roadway, and in order to improve the support
status of deep buried roadway and improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock, this paper studied the yield failure
characteristics of surrounding rock in high stress roadway by FLAC3D mechanical software. The simulation results showed that
improving the support strength of the two sides of the roadway was conducive to improving the bearing capacity of the shallow
surrounding rock. On this basis, the full anchor cable support test of 2-106 working face of Xinzhi Mine was carried out. The field
practice showed that the supporting use of anchor cable with metal mesh and steel mesh could give full play to the characteristics
of large anchoring depth and strong bearing capacity of anchor cable, and effectively control the deformation of roadway; the
deformation of the roadway was reduced by more than 70% after the full anchor cable support was adopted.
