回坡底煤矿安全生产管理体系研究

摘要： 以回坡底煤矿安全管理制度落后为切入点，对回坡底煤矿安全生产管理体系的建立进行了分析，并对生产技
术科、调度室和安全检查科进行了职能划分。实际应用效果显示，安全生产管理、劳动主体、劳动工具和其他因素的事
故评价等级均为良好，矿井安全隐患得到了有效控制，安全事故的发生概率有效降低。

Study on Safety Production Management System of Huipodi Coal Mine

Abstract: Taking coal mine safety management system of Huipodi Coal Mine as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzed the
establishment of the safety production management system in Huipodi Coal Mine, and divided the functions of production
technology department, dispatcher's office and safety inspection department. The actual application results showed that accident
evaluation grades are all good such as safe production management, labor subject, labor tool and other factors, and safe hidden
troubles of mine safety have been controlled, and the probability of safety accidents were reduced effectively.
