原油储运系统中的能耗分析及节能对策

摘要： 原油储运是保障原油供给和加工炼化的关键环节，原油储运过程中常常伴随着较大的能源消耗，主要有蒸气
消耗、电力消耗、燃料消耗等。简要分析了原油储运过程中主要能耗产生的原因，并针对性地探讨了节能降耗措施。在
严抓能耗管理，创新设备设施节能技改，优化工艺运行，持续推进节能对策落实，确保原油安全、经济、平稳运行的同
时，不断提高运行效率，降低能耗、物耗，促进资源节约与循环利用，进而提高全员节能环保意识和能效提升意识，全
面贯彻落实中国节能降耗政策，为企业降本增效。

Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy Saving Countermeasures in Oil Storage and
Transportation System

Abstract: Crude oil storage and transportation is the key link to guarantee crude oil supplying, processing and refining. There is
a large energy consumption, mainly including steam consumption, power consumption, fuel consumption and so on in the process
of crude oil storage and transportation. This paper analyzed the main causes of energy consumption in the process of crude oil
storage and transportation, and discussed the energy saving measures. We should pay close attention to energy consumption
management, innovate energy-saving technical transformations of equipment and facilities, optimize process operation, and continuously
promote the implementation of energy-saving countermeasures. While ensuring the safe, economic and stable operation of
crude oil, we should continuously improve the operation efficiency, reduce energy consumption and material consumption, promote
resource conservation and recycling, improve the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection and energy
efficiency improvement of all staff. We should fully implement China's energy saving and consumption reduction policy to reduce
cost and increase efficiency for enterprises.
