摘要: 根据螺杆空压机的工作原理,在其运行过程中所消耗的全部电能有75%做工产生的热能,对这部分热量实行
回收利用,可减少燃煤锅炉燃煤、电能的消耗。采用热能回收装置回收热能可及时释放高温余热,有效保护空压机因高
温而导致的故障。对空压机余热回收利用在常村煤矿的应用进行了分析。

Application of Waste Heat Recovery of Air Compressor in Changcun Coal Mine

Abstract: According to the working principle of the screw air compressor, 75% of the total electric energy consumed in its operation
is the heat energy produced by the work. Recycling this part of the heat can reduce the consumption of coal and electric
energy of coal-fired boiler. Using heat energy recovery device to recover heat energy can release high temperature waste heat in
time and effectively protect the air compressor from failure caused by high temperature. This paper analyzed the application of air
compressor waste heat recovery in Changcun Coal Mine.
