塔里木河水资源优化配置方案研究

摘要： 为了确保塔里木河不断流，分析了塔里木河干流概况，根据干流农业用水量、蒸发水量、植被生态需水量，
采用水量平衡原理和二元水循环关系，对适宜生态需水、干旱情景生态需水、重度干旱情景生态需水和特大干旱情景生
态需水4 种情况下的各河段总需水量进行了探讨，提出了塔里木河干流上、中、下游各控制断面水量调度流量，为流域
水资源调配优化和生态保护提供了技术支撑。

Study on Optimal Allocation Plan of Water Resources of Tarim River

Abstract: In order to ensure the continuous flow of Tarim River, this paper analyzed the general situation of the main stream of
Tarim River, used the principle of water balance and the dual water cycle relationship to discuss the total water demand of each
river section under the four conditions of suitable ecological water demand, drought scenario ecological water demand, severe
drought scenario ecological water demand and extreme drought scenario ecological water demand according to the main stream
agricultural water consumption, evaporation water volume and vegetation ecological water demand, proposed the control flow of
each control section of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the main stream of Tarim River, which can provide technical
support for basin water resource allocation optimization and ecological protection.
