E网技术下城市中水综合利用与调控技术研究

摘要: 中国经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,给人们生产、生活带来了翻天覆地的变化,特别是城市化的建设和
发展,更进一步满足了人们不断提高的生产、生活需求。中国是世界上水资源较为短缺的国家,水污染状况较为严重,而
城市化建设和发展势必带来城市用水量的大幅增加,城市用户的供需问题越发突出,已成为阻碍中国社会发展的不利因素。
以智慧水务和智慧城市的发展理念为基础,依托云计算、物联网和大数据等现代信息技术,与城市用水现状相结合,研究
并提出了适合城市未来发展的中水综合利用及调控技术,即E 网中水系统,形成城市中水处理回用的应用智能网络。

Research on Comprehensive Utilization and Regulation Technology of Urban Reclaimed Water
under E-network Technology

Abstract: The rapid development of China's economy and the continuous progress of science and technology have brought earth
shaking changes to people's production and life, especially the construction and development of urbanization, which has further
met people's increasing demand for production and life. China is a country in short supply of water resources in the world, and
water pollution is serious. Urbanization construction and development is bound to bring a substantial increase in urban water
consumption, and the supply and demand of urban users is becoming more and more prominent, which has become an adverse
factor hindering China's social development. Based on the development concept of smart water platform and smart city, relying on
modern information technology such as cloud computing, Internet of things and big data, and combining with the current situation
of urban water use, this paper studied and put forward the comprehensive utilization and regulation technology of reclaimed water,
namely E-network reclaimed water system, which is suitable for the future development of the city, so as to realize the application
of intelligent network for urban reclaimed water treatment and reuse.
