汾河水库流域生态安全评估及政策研究

摘要: 以汾河水库流域生态安全为研究对象,基于DPSIR 模型,构建汾河水库流域生态安全评估体系,并利用熵值
法及AHP的群体决策模型确定指标权重,对汾河水库生态安全状况进行综合评估。结果表明:汾河水库生态安全综合评
估得分为65.02 分,生态安全状态等级为“较安全”;流域范围内单位土地面积COD、氨氮、总氮及总磷负荷较大是影响
流域生态安全的关键因素。通过有效判断影响生态安全的关键因子,进而提出了相应的政策建议。

Study on Ecological Security Assessment and Policy of Fenhe Reservoir Basin

Abstract: Taking the ecological security of Fenhe Reservoir Basin as the research object, based on DPSIR model, this paper
constructed the ecological security evaluation system of Fenhe Reservoir Basin, and used entropy evaluation method and AHP
group decision model to determine the index weight to comprehensively evaluate the ecological security of Fenhe Reservoir. The
results showed that the comprehensive evaluation score of ecological security of Fenhe Reservoir was 65.02, and the ecological
security status was "relatively safe"; the higher COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus per unit land area
within the basin were the key factors affecting the ecological security of the basin. Through the effective judgment of the key
factors affecting ecological security, and then it put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
