双吸离心泵汽蚀性能的数值分析与试验研究

摘要: 基于Rayleigh-Plesset汽蚀模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对双吸离心泵在设计工况下的汽蚀性能进行全流道数值
模拟。分析了汽蚀初生、临界汽蚀与严重汽蚀时3 个工况点的叶轮内汽蚀规律,获得了叶片面上压力与叶轮流道内空泡
分布图。通过试验研究,揭示了离心泵数值模拟与试验的汽蚀、无汽蚀性能曲线变化趋势一致,误差保持在8%内,验
证了数值计算的可靠性,为离心泵的设计与优化提供了有益的参考。

Abstract: Based on the Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation model and RNG k-ε turbulence model, the full-passage numerical simulation
of the cavitation performance of the double-suction centrifugal pump under design conditions was carried out. This paper
analyzed the cavitation rules of the impeller under three working conditions, that is: primary cavitation, critical cavitation and
severe cavitation, and worked out the pressure of the blade face and the cavitation distribution diagram in the impeller passage.
Through the experimental study, it was revealed that the numerical simulation of the centrifugal pump was consistent with the
variation trend of the test cavitation and cavitation free performance curves, and the error was kept within 8%, verifing the
reliability of the numerical calculation, which provided useful reference for the design and optimization of centrifugal pumps.
