摘要: 煤化工企业生产运行中设备结垢现象较为普遍,其中硅垢质地坚硬,较难处理,对设备危害大。阐述了硅垢
的形成过程和影响因素,分析了化学防垢法、工艺防垢法等除硅工艺的作用机理及技术特点。

Abstract: The phenomenon of equipment fouling is more common in the production and operation of coal chemical enterprises.
Among them, silica fouling is hard and difficult to deal with, which causes great harm to equipment. This paper described the
formation process and influencing factors of silica fouling, and analyzed the mechanism and technical characteristics of silicon
removal processes such as chemical anti-scaling method and process anti-scaling method.
