悬臂式综掘机智能供水控制系统研究

摘要: 为了实现对采煤的智能化控制,对悬臂式综掘机智能供水控制系统进行了探究。该系统的工作原理是根据进、
出口的温差和冷却剂的流量进行智能供水控制。正常运行时,冷却剂流量为5.08×10-4 m3/h,入口冷却剂温度为37.8 ℃,
出口冷却剂温度为25.4 ℃。据观察,阀门开度为75%时,系统工作效率最高。如果温差偏离正常运行温差,相应的冷却
剂流量也会根据参数自动变化。

Study on Intelligent Water Supply Control System of Fully Mechanized Excavator with Cantilever

Abstract: In order to realize the intelligent control of coal mining, this paper discussed the intelligent water supply control
system of the fully mechanized excavator with cantilever. The working principle of the system is to perform intelligent water supply
control based on the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet and the flow of coolant. In normal operation, the coolant
flow rate is 5.08×10-4 m3/h, the inlet temperature is 37.8 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 25.4 ℃. According to observations,
when the valve opening is 75%, the system has the highest working efficiency. If the temperature difference deviates from the
normal operating temperature difference, the corresponding coolant flow rate will also change automatically according to the
parameters.
